How To Apply

Grant requests can be submitted at any time. Requests under $1,000 are considered “small grants”. Small grants are reviewed by program staff, and enjoy a quicker turnaround (usually a month or so). Whereas, grants over $1,000 are ultimately reviewed at one of four quarterly meetings throughout each year.

All requests* begin by submitting the “Pre-Application”. After a timely review of the Pre-Application, applicants may be invited by program staff to fully apply.

*Schools
If applying for grant funds for composting in your school, submit both the Pre-Application and the School Composting Grant Application at the same time.
