The Tri-County Hazardous Waste & Recycling Program provides hazardous waste disposal, plus recycling education & outreach to residents of Wasco, Sherman and Hood River counties.

Hazardous Waste Collection is FREE!

First $400 worth of disposal is paid by the Tri County Hazardous Waste & Recycling Program.

Orchardists are required to Pre-Register with PSC Environmental Services. Please fill out and return the Pre-Registration Form.
