Training Are you the kind of person who is gung-ho about reducing waste and recycling more? Would you like formal training to help others and make a difference in your community? Check out the free Master Recycler class sponsored by the TriCounty Hazardous Waste & Recycling Program. Similar to the OSU Master Gardener program, participants will attend a series of mandatory classes and field trips, and be required to volunteer at least 30 “payback” hours in their communities.
