Resources

Living safer, cleaner, greener, simpler, less wasteful life requires a big change for many of us. We've grown accustomed to living a certain way, using products that make life "easier" for us, making purchases that will require less work from us, and thus hopefully more free time. But, all of those conveniences have drawn down the resources our Earth has to offer.

If you're not sure where to start with recycling, or how to make some cleaners that are safer for your home, this section offers some resources you can print off to help your home, your family, and your business.

Training:
Looking for even more education and information? We can connect you to the Master Recyclers. Consider taking Recycling 101. Recycling 101 is an online, self-paced course created in partnership with the Association of Oregon Recyclers. Recycling 101 provides Oregon-specific, thought provoking text and multimedia to learn how waste prevention choices can positively affect our planet's natural resources. Interested? Our program will cover the enrollment cost for folks who live or work within Hood River, Wasco or Sherman counties. Just give us a call at (541) 506-2632.
